1. LEGAL VIOLATIONS
   
   

As the owner and moderator of the platform, the suspect has engaged in a dual-layered criminal offense, both as a content creator and a platform administrator:

1. Criminal Code of Canada (Sections 319, 464, and 264.1): Public incitement of hatred against an identifiable group using ethnic slurs, combined with counseling an uncommitted indictable offense (assassination).
